Crushed Glass Design on Canvas with Shells By Michele

Friday May 29 - 6:00-8:00PM

In this class you will get all the supplies you need to create a crushed glass picture canvas (various sizes available) with a simple introduction to working with resin.  Choose to create a flamingo, Seahorse, or Heart using crushed glass, shells, sand, sea glass and an array of other trinkets or bring your own small treasures to include.

No experience necessary.

Adults 18+ are welcome to join us in crafting a beautiful piece of ocean-inspired art.

Photo Collage Workshop with Sarah Ferber

Saturday June 6, 1:00-2:30PM AND/OR Thursday June 11  5:00-6:30PM.

$40 for 1 class

$70 per class if both classes

Bring your personal and family photos to life!
Learn basic collage techniques while creating vibrant, personalized collages for your home or to give as a gift.
Bring a few copies of photos, ideally multiple copies of a few photos to be able to have repetition. 
This is a fun, engaging process using colorful papers, recycled materials and other collage elements.


Sarah Ferber has many years of experience creating and teaching collage and mixed media, recently at Bach Library and the JCC in Albany. She is known for having a colorful, whimsical artistic style and making art that pops.

Paper Quilling Workshop

Experience a fresh, modern take on this classic art form.  This is a 2.0 hour class, we'll walk you through the basics of paper quilling.  Each participant will create a one-of-a-kind piece of art, suitable for framing or gifting!

Quilling, also known as paper filigree is the art of rolling, shaping and gluing thin strips of paper to create decorative designs.

It is believed quilling can be traced back to the Renaissance Nuns.
